NBMC Workshop - Wearable Electronics Technology & Applications in Health & Human Performance

Written by:
Nano Bio Manufacturing Consortium

Join this workshop to examine the growing interest and technical advancements in flexible electronics for wearable health and human performance sensors, including biometric and biomarkers sensors.

Current state of the art in human performance monitoring includes measurements such as heart rate, blood pressure, and skin temperature. Future monitoring will rely on real time biomarker analysis of cognitive effectiveness, stress levels, fatigue and vigilance receptors, organ damage and exposure to chemical or biological agents.

The requirements and challenges for these products will be discovered, including biomarker discovery, analysis and reporting approaches. The application of printed electronics technology and hybrid solutions in these products will be presented along with the critical new manufacturing techniques including roll to roll and self-assembly solutions.
