Aerogel Composite, LLC's primary objective is to develop and supply aerogel based composite materials for a wide variety of industries. Aerogel Composite has developed a carbon aerogel based electrocatalyst for use in the manufacturing of fuel cell electrodes. The catalyst can reduce the platinum requirements for fuel cell vehicles to approximately 30% of current levels while improving performance.
