Seashell Technology LLC is a privately held San Diego-based nanotechnology company. Seashell Technology was formed by President and co-founder Dr. Sheldon Schultz who has had over 20 years experience working and developing nanocomposite materials and novel metamaterials. Since its inception in 1996 Seashell Technology has developed plasmon resonant particles for use as optically observable biological labels, and for other applications.
Nanorods
Nanopartz is a division of Concurrent Analytical Inc. The purpose of Concurrent Analytical Inc. is to commercialize the Ramanprobes technology to revolutionize point of care diagnostics. Nanopartz commercializes gold nanoparticles, particularly gold nanorods, for the research market. Specifically, the mission of Nanopartz is to commercialize therapeutic, imaging, and materials applications of newly patent pending, patented, or proprietary technologies in gold nanoparticles and gold nanorods for the life science and non-life science research markets.
ONAMI is Oregon’s first ‘Signature Research Center’ and a multi-level collaboration among Oregon’s research universities, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and industry in the “Silicon Forest” high-tech cluster that is home to the world’s leading semiconductor, MEMS, nanotechnology tools and quantum dot industrial sites.
