Bluestone Global Tech (BGT), established in 2011, is dedicated to the development of graphene technology with the ultimate goal of utilizing this “wonder material” to enhance our lives. BGT has pioneered the mass production of high-quality graphene enabling the commercialization of many graphene-enhanced applications such as advanced displays, flexible electronics, and energy storage materials.
Graphene
Haydale, a wholly owned subsidiary of Innovative Carbon Limited, is a global leader in facilitating the commercial application of graphenes.
Haydale’s patented “Split Plasma” technology is a scalable and environmentally friendly method of producing high quality graphenes. Haydale’s HDPlas™ graphenes are currently supplied to over 100 leading research institutions worldwide, and are finding commercial applications in inks, sensors, energy storage, photovoltaics, composites, paints and coatings.
Graphene Frontiers, founded in 2011, is a technological start-up based on new graphene-production technology developed at the University of Pennsylvania. With innovative technology that will to enable the continuous production of uniform, meterlength single layer graphene films, Graphene Frontiers is dedicated to providing custom graphene solutions at a commercial scale – and an affordable cost. The science behind the technology is a cheaper and more consistent method of manufacturing graphene, the Nobel Prize-winning nanomaterial with unbeatable strength and conductivity.
The Graphene Stakeholders Association (GSA) was founded in the U.S. as a 501(c)6 non-profit organization in 2013 to help promote the responsible development of graphene-based products. Graphene is emerging as one of the most promising materials ever discovered – one that has the potential to play a vital role in the development of advanced technologies in key industry segments, including computing, electronics, energy, defense, health care, telecommunications, and transportation.
SiNode is a materials venture based out of Northwestern University that is commercializing a novel silicon based anode technology developed by Professor Harold Kung. The company is currently seeking partnership opportunities with major chemicals manufacturers.
