The Network aims to:
Nanotechnology constitutes a great promise for domains as diverse as product development, environmental conservation, medicine and information technology while simultaneously giving rise to numerous concerns about potential health risks and environmental hazards. In addition, nanotechnology raises wider social and ethical issues regarding unintended long-term consequences, social and financial risks, issues of governance and control and fundamental issues about life and human identity.
In accordance with the vision and leadership of Governor Andrew Cuomo in building New York’s innovation-driven economy, the Colleges of Nanoscale Science and Engineering (CNSE) at SUNY Polytechnic Institute (SUNY Poly) is a global education, research, development, and technology deployment resource dedicated to preparing the next generation of scientists and researchers in nanotechnology.
Our mission is to be the premier Educational, Research, & Industrial Resource for Micro/Nano Fabrication in Southern Arizona.
We provide our clients with an extensive processing background to help them with their research and developement activity and we train them to safely operate our equipment. Focused training courses are offered as requested. We also support and assist faculty with lab courses requiring the use of Center's facility and equipment.
CVD Equipment Corporation designs and manufactures a wide variety of process solutions incorporating temperature, pressure, gas delivery and related safety controls.
